Unlike most special event venues, rosehill takes pride in offering its clients numerous ways to both ease the pressure involved in planning to accommodate budget requirements. rosehill therefore offers numerous items at no additional charge:

  • rosehill’s inventory of dinner and reception furniture, including plush leather couches, glass and rustic wood coffee tables, end-tables, cocoa chiavari chairs, ottomans and bar-stools
     

  • use of rosehill’s equipment/small wares to effectively reduce event budgets. this includes plates, cutlery, coffee/tea service, bar glassware, tables and chairs
     

  • site set-up and pre-event labour to receive deliveries crucial to the events’ success, including load-in/delivery accessibility
     

  • on-demand support in the planning and coordination of the event and working in conjunction with caterers and/or planners to ensure the events’ success. this includes customized floor plans and as-required itineraries, floral displays and centerpieces, entertainment, décor and other referrals
     

  • the use of rosehill’s 6 flat screen TV’s (2 large, 4 small) with DVD and PC connections for presentations, slideshows or videos.
     

  • use of rosehill’s in-house satellite music system, offering multiple genres for those events not wishing to secure a dj or live entertainment.
